When can I apply to exhibit at JAPAN PACK 2025?
The official application period by the organizer (JPMA) is expected to open around September 2024. We will update this page once we receive confirmation from JPMA. In the meantime, feel free to contact us even before the application period starts. Once the application period opens, we can notify you via email so that you do not miss the opportunity to apply.
How do I apply for a visa to exhibit at JAPAN PACK?
Depending on factors such as your nationality, you may need a visa to exhibit at JAPAN PACK. In such cases, you should apply for a visa at your nearest Japanese embassy or consulate. If needed, AsianLustre can assist with visa support. Feel free to contact our staff member for consultation.
When flying to Tokyo, should I choose to land at Haneda Airport or Narita Airport?
Considering only distance, Haneda Airport is closer to the exhibition venue (Tokyo Big Sight) than Narita Airport is. Please keep in mind that Narita Airport is actually located outside Tokyo Prefecture; nevertheless, Japan's convenient public transportation system allows you to reach Tokyo Big Sight from Narita Airport in less than 2 hours by bus and/or train.
What accommodation options are available near the venue?
